The poor reviews almost scared me from looking at this complex to find our new home, but we did, the final viewing of the day, and Jake in leasing helped us apply the same day. He was transparent about the new company they are now under, all work and renovations, and rent increases, he and the other woman in the office have been helpful, patient, easy to work with, and completely transparent throughout this process, we are moving in this week and i hope this review will help someone else looking for their new home! do not be scared by the reviews, read them for context, and even ask the leasing office about it, they are completely forthcoming and helpful. also, The Cordelia has discount for active duty and retired military, which we very much appreciated! The pet rent is also lower than some other places and the complex is beautiful. Excited to call the Cordelia home!

I lived here for a little over two years and never had a problem. I was nervous as I am a single mom moving to a new town but it was a nice quite community and I liked the comfort of the security with the officers living on the premises. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and very prompt to repair anything necessary. A good place to call home.
