The nearest public beach access is 2.3 miles away. Check-out time is 10 am. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Late check-out may be approved for a fee of $25 per extended hour. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events are permitted. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance.
