Destin is a quick 10-minute drive away. Please be aware that due to the tropical climate and proximity to water, you may encounter tropical insects, amphibians, and aquatic species. The space is treated regularly for pests, but occasional encounters are possible. Water moccasins may be seen near rocks. Swimming in the bay is at your own risk due to various aquatic species that can cause harm. Check-out time is 10 am; a $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Smoking is prohibited, and any sign or smell of smoke will incur a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am; any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items within 2 hours of check-in. The property is not child-proofed. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance.
