This 3-story townhome offers breathtaking water views from every room and four waterfront balconies. Please note that there is no elevator access. The natural light encompasses the space, embodying you with sunshine. The kitchen is fully stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A full-sized washer and dryer are also available. Enjoy the fun bonus game room with a ping pong table and a cozy second living area, perfect for movie nights on the Roku-enabled Smart TV with Hulu Live. A bonus tandem bicycle is available for guests to cruise around on. Parking is limited at this property. There is guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle directly around the opposite side of the building and your spot is numbered 16. Any additional (or larger vehicles that cannot fit in the spot) can be parked in either spot marked “V” for visitor, but these spots are first come first serve and not guaranteed. Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Everything is easily accessed by car, and the apartment is centrally located in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island! Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10 pm. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. This apartment does not host student groups or groups under age 25 at any time. Unfortunately, this location is not pet friendly. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. The beach keycard must be left on the counter at departure. A $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged keycard.
