This property is strictly non-smoking, and a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoke. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests are required to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. For your comfort and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Please be mindful of neighbors and maintain a respectful noise level, especially during nighttime hours, as quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
