It is also pet friendly with a pet spa. Gated, secure parking garage with spaces for up to 3 vehicles is available. Cats and dogs are allowed with restrictions; restricted breed list: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid or any mixed breed that includes one of the listed above. There is a $300 one-time fee per pet, with a 2 pet limit. This apartment is centrally located near parks, shopping, great restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and some of Tampa Bay's best hospitals. Tampa International Airport and International Plaza are just 5 minutes away. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and notification must be given 24 hours in advance if checking in after 6 PM. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+), and guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom, and an occupant is considered anyone over the age of 3. If a parking permit is required, 1 permit is issued per screened occupant, and 1 access item (key, fob, gate card, etc.) is issued per screened occupant. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping), is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 will be charged.
