Just wanted to leave a semi-quick review regarding the customer service me and my wife experience here at Camden Bay. For background - we have toured other Camden apartments and have loved all of them but wanted to see what else was out there. After a scheduled tour at an apartment complex about 5 minutes from Camden Bay - we were depressed and frustrated with the tour at Veranda. We popped in at Camden Bay since we saw it and WOW! - We met with Alexandria Garcia, a leasing consultant who - mind you- started 2 weeks ago and gave us one of the best experiences in apartment touring and leasing we have ever had. She gave us apartment choices within our budget range - did the impossible and allowed us to tour 3 apartments within our busy schedule and helped us even further when we came back that same afternoon to ask more questions and tour more units. Let me tell you something about Camden Bay's Units - they are all SPLENDID. All units we saw seemed upkept, clean and ready to move in. Camden clearly cares about the state of their units and complexes, and it is impressive that they are able to do so with about 45 BUILDINGS within the community. Yes, the community is that large. Me and my Wife cannot wait for our lease to end to be able to get an apartment here at Camden Bay or at any Camden here in Tampa truly. A million thanks to Alexandria Garcia for showing us so many options and providing so much detail. You truly made our day - GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! If you are able to swing it - I truly recommend giving Camden Bay AT LEAST a look. They are definitely worth it.

I was out of town when the storm hit, and they went above and beyond by securing my apartment and ensuring everything was protected. It was such a relief knowing that my home was in good hands. Camden Bay has been a wonderful place to live in because of the team. They really care about its residence and it shows in their friendliness and professionalism The maintenance staff works so hard to keep the community looking so nice, maintenance responds immediately to service request and are prompt and friendly. It Is because of this strong team that I enjoy living here they are very responsive when you text or email them. The fact that some of them even live on the property shows that it is a nice property to live in. I have lived here a year, and it has been a nice transition And they were very helpful in making me feel welcome and moving in. I hope I can stay here for a long time. I love my cozy little unit. It has high ceilings and modern ceiling fans and screened porch. It has been a good experience for me living here and quiet. Thank you to the staff and maintenance at Camden Bay! I am thankful to God in finding you all!

Where your voice WILL BE HEARD!
This review, is for the Office Staff, and specifically, the Manager, Steven.
I went in to the office after having had an issue happening with an unknown neighbor that was starting to impact my day-to-day living. I was met by someone who told me it will get handled, and yet...it wasn't.
When I went back in, I went straight to Steve and said. "Steve, someone is smoking cigarettes near my 3rd floor apartment, and it is negatively impacting my day to day living. I can smell it in the solarium and living room, it makes me nauseous, and this is a non smoking community. When I came in before, I was told by someone they would send out a warning email to my building, but they have yet to do so."
Steve, after empathizing with me, hearing me vent, listening to my frustrations and concerns, with genuine care and active listening, said "Ben, I am going to send out that email to your building TODAY, and make sure everyone is aware about our community being SMOKE-FREE, and to make sure the remaining time you have with us at Camden Bay is pleasant and joyous, versus filled with tobacco smoke and negativity."
By the time I had GOTTEN HOME, I had the email to my building!!! A stern email, expressing with direct and no bs words, yet still in a professional manner, about how the smoking is not allowed, and how it is impacting the living and life of residents.
It's the little things, and this was a MASSIVE Win for me.
Thanks Steve, your care for the community and the people who pay to live within it, speaks and shows far beyond the office in which you work in.
Im glad future residents will have a site and office manager who will not only Hear them, but listen, and actively do your best to resolve any issues, to ensure tat Camden Bay stays the wonderful, pretty, Smoke-Free, and safe Apartments to live in from Camden.
