The office staff and maintenance team have been exceptional (especially Kris in the leasing office). The apartments are quite soundproof, and the neighbors tend to be very respectful of each other’s peace and quiet.

I want to shout out to Antwon, Tim, and Chris if it had not been for these guys we would have not stayed with Oceanaire for 2 years. When I needed something they we let right there to assist me. They turned bad move in experience from previous management into a really positive experience!! Love the pool area enjoyed listening to the fountains everyday!! Had great neighbors and the maintenance dept guys are awesome took very good care of us thank you we will miss the area. But way too expensive for us I recommend living here
