The combined living and dining area are furnished with LED lighting and modern furniture. This apartment offers a private oasis to relax in, with plenty of natural light, wooden floors, and finishes creating a pleasant and modern ambiance. The kitchen and silverware you can use to cook your favorite meals during your stay are readily available. Hotel caliber pillows will help you achieve more comfortable sleep. Enjoy access to awesome courtyards, a pool, and a gym. This apartment is brand new and offers blazing fast Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, and late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, all subject to approval. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Enjoy excellent dining options directly outside the community. Whole Foods Market, Target, and Walmart are all within minutes. Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena are also a short drive away. You're also close to Ben T Davis Beach, Davis Islands Beach, and other beaches. Explore Al Lopez Park, Tampa Theatre, Tampa Museum of Art, International Plaza and Bay Street, Tampa Riverwalk, and many other tourism and entertainment options. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit is 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment; however, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.
