The unit includes a full living room area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and in-unit laundry area. This apartment comes fully furnished with amenities, toiletries and complementary goods. The complex features keyfob access, a fitness center and a sauna. There is no on-site parking available, and guests will need to utilize street parking. Only certified service animals are allowed, and breed and pet restrictions are subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after the booking is complete. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties after approval. This centrally located space is a great home base for convenient access to work, a relaxed lifestyle, and ample access to fun and entertainment. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. You cannot receive mail here. The building itself is not managed by the trusted partner, and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by the partner. The trusted partner does not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the elevator, fitness center, sauna, or seasonal pool. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors, and a refund will not be issued if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay.
