Coffee, tea, and sweeteners are provided. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer. Underground parking is available for $45 per night for short-term stays. Parking is free for monthly stays. The building was constructed with sensitivity to energy consumption and environmental issues, including natural ventilation and extensive natural light. No parties, birthday parties, or any sort of party gathering is allowed. Noise or loud music at any time during your stay will result in cancellation of your stay. The apartment is equipped with noise detectors to stay in compliance with the city ordinance. No smoking is allowed on the premises; a $500 fine and immediate cancellation will result if violated. Quiet times are from 9 pm to 9 am. A $500 fine will be charged for smoking or partying. Max guest capacity is 5 for this 2-bedroom apartment unless agreed upon before check-in (additional guests may be accepted for an extra fee), and violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
