It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Please note, the dryer is under maintenance until further notice. Access to the building's gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, clubhouse, and lounge is included. Pool access is available seasonally, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is subject to weather conditions. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets weighing a combined 40 lbs. Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds) are not permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies, based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for emotional support animals, and the property reserves the right to decline their presence. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. The Mill District, also known as Downtown East, is re-emerging as Minneapolis's historical and cultural epicenter. The legendary flour mills that once dominated St. Anthony Falls have been given new life, with many original buildings converted into elegant homes and slick office spaces. Historic buildings have transformed into cultural attractions, including the Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater, and MacPhail Center for Music, all located within the Mill District. The location and downtown are very walkable, with Uber and Lyft drivers readily available. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A late check-out fee of $75 per hour applies. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, providing hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code received before arrival. An additional $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Outside guests are not permitted without prior permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. The minimum age for booking is 22, except for students or interns. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To comply with legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
