This apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, access to a fitness center, lobby, lounge, library, seasonal pool access (typically Memorial Day to Labor Day), and a sauna (temporarily unavailable). A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. A pet must weigh no more than 40lbs, and Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not allowed. The Mill District, also known as Downtown East, is re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. Many of the historic buildings have transformed into cultural attractions, and the location and downtown area are very walkable. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
