This ~450sqft unit is located on the 3rd floor of a professionally managed walk-up building with a somewhat steep/narrow staircase. The apartment is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers. There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The brand-newly renovated bathroom includes a stand-up shower. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. Eat at some of Boston's best Italian restaurants and indulge your sweet tooth at the famous pastry shops, all within a short walk to TD Garden, Beacon Hill, the Aquarium, and multiple MBTA lines. There is a laundromat right next door to this building. Quiet hours are after 10pm, so please respect your neighbors. Any instance of smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in your booking being immediately canceled, security will be summoned, and police will also be involved. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest. You will be fined a minimum of $500 for smoking in the unit or directly in front of the unit. - Please don't wear shoes in the house -Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). No feminine products, paper towels, tissues, or anything else please.
