The apartment features a full open kitchen equipped with new appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster, along with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The sleeping area includes a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a full closet with hangers. The newly renovated bathroom boasts a stand-up shower. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. There is no laundry in the building, but a laundromat is conveniently located right next door. This studio is ideally situated within walking distance to some of Boston's best Italian restaurants, famous pastry shops, TD Garden, Beacon Hill, the Aquarium, and multiple MBTA lines, offering easy access to the city's vibrant attractions. This is a walk-up building with a somewhat steep and narrow staircase, and there is no elevator. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. Any instance of smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in immediate booking cancellation and potential involvement of security and police, with a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited and will result in a minimum $500 fine plus damages. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage found within the first 4 hours of check-in; otherwise, they will be responsible for repair and replacement costs. An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for each guest entering the apartment over the number specified in the booking. A late check-out fee of $50 per hour may apply. Guests are required to clean dishes and bag all trash before check-out; an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged for excessive mess or trash. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet to avoid potential plumbing costs. Includes a full closet with hangers.
