It is located in a gated community and includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku entertainment systems, and a free grill. The spacious dining area includes a table for 9 plus bar seating and a 65" smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and is stocked with essentials, including utensils and cookware, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Enjoy the private patio with outdoor seating and dining. Pool heat is available for $35 per day, and bringing your dog is welcome for a fee of $150. This home is located 16 miles from SeaWorld, 19 miles from Universal Studios, and 27 miles from Orlando International Airport. Up to 2 dogs are welcome (within the insurance policy’s accepted breeds). Please keep your pets leashed outside, never leave them unattended in the home unless crated, and clean up after them. Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank. It is recommended to get travel insurance for your stay, especially during Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th). You have full access to the entire property, inside and out, except for the owner's closet. To enter the community, present a government-issued photo ID that matches the reservation name.
