Only been here for 2 years and we had some ups and downs ( if you know what I mean).The landlord is not to be messed with. If you need something done it’s done without the slightest hesitation. Never met someone who’s so caring and understanding… It’s a nice 1/1 very big room and living room Beautiful, marble kitchen state the arts washer and dryer ..Very nice place to call home .

I have lived here a year. Is a very good place to start, is peaceful well keeped property and the staff is awesome never had a problem my apartment was beautiful and never had a complain. Will to stay here.

Honestly all I can say is WOW ! Never in a thousand years Id come to think on writing a review about these apartments because of the bad experience I’ve had before new management took over ! SIMON KILLED IT !! Apartments look amazing . The environment took a turn to the best . Complex looks 100% better and CLEAN ! Simon is so understandable and knows how to make you feel at home ! Apartments look so beautiful and finally I can say I feel at home and at peace . Thank you for all you do Simon we are glad to have you here and hope you never leave us !

I was so stressed looking for a new place and when I came here Jasmine made the experience so easy. I have now been here a few months and I love it. Any issues I have had Jasmine has made sure they were fixed quickly. It is quiet and clean. If you are looking here you will not be disappointed.
