Relax in the comfortable living area or step outside to the private patio, complete with a BBQ grill and loungers. Guests have access to the community's outdoor pool for an additional fee of $100+tax per group per day, as well as a fitness center and sports courts. A $30 cleaning fee applies to the private outdoor patio. Nestled in a gated community, this villa is ideally located just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. The surrounding area offers dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Please note that propane for the BBQ grill is provided by the guests. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
