Experience luxury and feel at home in this private villa at Magic Village Yards, just minutes from Disney parks. This villa sleeps 8 and features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Sunlight streams through the balcony onto the private patio. This villa features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked for preparing meals. There is a spacious family room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches, as well as indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Enjoy access to a resort-style swimming pool, gym, volleyball and tennis courts within the Magic Village Views gated community. Access to the community outdoor pool and gym incurs a $100 + tax extra fee per group per day; passes are arranged through the concierge. A cleaning fee of $30 applies for use of the grill. There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Located in the heart of Orlando, this villa is just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. A variety of dining options are also just a couple of miles away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. Grills are propane grills, and propane is provided by the guests. There is one designated parking space in front of the home with the unit number painted on the ground; additional cars can park in spaces throughout the community that do not have a painted number. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. No part of the exterior of the property should be used as a drying or hanging area for laundry. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and report damages immediately. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time.
