This villa offers four spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. This villa features a large living room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a grill and loungers, as well as a balcony overlooking the beautiful community. You also have access to the community's outdoor pool, fitness center, and sports courts. For an additional fee of $100 plus tax per group per day, you can access the pool and gym at the clubhouse. A $30 cleaning fee applies for the use of the grill. Parking is available with one designated space in front of the villa and additional unmarked spaces throughout the community. Located in the heart of Orlando, this villa offers easy access to world-class dining and shopping options just a couple of miles away. You're just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, making it a perfect base for exploring the magic of Orlando. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and guests are responsible for providing propane for the grill. The villa accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, and only those listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can stay connected during your stay.
