A free washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Access to the community outdoor pool and fitness center is available for an extra fee of $100+tax per group per day. To book your pass, go directly to the concierge. There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Located in the heart of Orlando, this villa is just 2 minutes from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Everything you need is at your fingertips, with world-class meals available at nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
