The spacious primary suite includes a soaking tub (jets inoperable). Additional services include a mid-stay clean for $290 plus tax, BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax, and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax, with a minimum of 4 nights. Pool and spa heating are unavailable from June to September. No parties or events are allowed, and violation may result in cancellation without refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $250 fee will be charged if evidence is found. No pets are allowed, and unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM; door codes deactivate at 10 AM.
