Feel at home in this centrally located 4th-floor studio apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. This recently renovated apartment is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston. Please note that this is a walk-up building with a somewhat steep and narrow staircase, as is typical for the area. This ~450sqft studio unit is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers. There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The bathroom is brand newly renovated and includes a stand-up shower. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door. Fall in love with the mix of old-world Italy and downtown Boston. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited, and will result in a minimum fine of $500 plus damages. Quiet hours are after 10pm. If you are in the unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest.
