Fantastic restaurants, rich history, and walkability are just some highlights of downtown Salem. This location is on a busy street, so some of the front bedrooms do have some street noise. Any instance of smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in your booking being immediately canceled, security being summoned, and police involvement. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. If you are in the unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest. You will be fined a minimum of $500 for smoking in the unit or directly in front of the unit. No bath bombs or soaps should be used in the hot tub.
