It's a roomy three floor open floor plan home of 4000 sq ft built in 2003. Four second floor bedrooms. Two have private ensuite bathrooms. Oversized spacious cathedral ceiling master bedroom with sitting area with gorgeous views overlooking the ocean, marsh and Boston skyline. Three queen bed bedrooms and one with two single beds. Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen - six element Electrolux electric cooktop, Thermador double oven, separate SubZero refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, disposal and warming oven. The last house on a dead-end street in quiet residential neighborhood. The Belle Isle Marsh walking trail starts directly outside front door. Five minute walk to nearest beach, five minute drive to Revere Beach. Five minute drive to nearest supermarket, ten minutes drive to Logan airport , 15-20 minutes drive to downtown Boston, 8 minute walk to Beachmont Blue Line subway. 5 minute walk to nearest playground, 10 minutes to nearest elementary school.
