Complimentary starter amenities include coffee, tea, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, toilet paper, bath towels (2 per guest), soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Trash and recycling collection takes place every other Tuesday. Lost key fobs, parking remotes, or mail keys will incur a $100 charge each. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A photo will be required at check-out for key verification. Electronic check-in form and rental agreement must be completed prior to receipt of automated check-in instructions. No smoking is allowed within the apartment building, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and marijuana. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a fine. These times can be flexible depending on if there is a guest staying before you. We have no issues with early check in if there is no guest the night prior to your stay and the house is already cleaned.
