The kitchen includes ovens, a fridge, a freezer, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher, along with cooking essentials such as pots and pans. Enjoy meal times in the cozy breakfast nook or the formal dining area with place settings and cutlery. The living area offers plenty of seating with a couch and sofas, a coffee table, a designer rug, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Free parking is available to guests. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate will be applied for more than six guests. Nestled along the shores of Lake Lewisville, Hickory Creek offers a peaceful lakeside escape with the convenience of nearby city life. This charming North Texas community is known for its quiet neighborhoods and scenic trails. Lewisville Lake Park, Wayne Ferguson Plaza, and Lewisville Grand Theater are all within a short drive. Dallas attractions such as the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History, Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas, Cavanaugh Flight Museum, and Sam Houston Trail Park are also easily accessible. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. This house accepts only 30+ day rentals.
