The kitchen features black and stainless steel appliances, an upgraded backsplash, and plenty of counter space. The living room features sleek modern furniture and tasteful designer accents, including a comfortable couch and armchairs, coffee tables, lighting, a designer rug, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dining area has an open-concept layout with a dinner table with seating for 6+, place settings, and cutlery. Essential toiletries are included in the 2 sparkling clean private bathrooms, which both have bathtubs. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy and includes an outdoor grill and patio set, a conversation set with outdoor seating and a coffee table, and a swinging hammock. Free parking is available to guests in the double-car garage, and there is also plenty of space available on the neighborhood streets in front of the house. A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay).
