Additional amenities include free parking and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Flower Mound is a lovely, safe, and family-friendly suburb of Dallas with a rural, small-town feel. It is conveniently located only 16 minutes from the DFW airport and offers lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Stone Creek Park is a lovely local park with well-maintained trails, a creek, playground equipment, gazebos, benches, and workout equipment. Twin Coves Park, with 234 acres of rolling meadows and hills, plus a fishing pier with great bank fishing, is a short drive away. CAC Water Park, a water park with 2 large water slides, a 60-gallon dumping bucket, a lazy river, interactive water features, water play structures, and a concession stand, is also nearby. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. An additional nightly rate will be applied for stays with more than six guests. Guests use the bunk beds at their own risk. In order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home.
