This charming home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living area with couches, sofas, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dining area with a dinner table. The backyard includes an outdoor swimming pool, a furnished patio, and a BBQ grill. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Free parking is available on the driveway. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest exceeding six. Located in Flower Mound, a lovely suburb of Dallas, this home is conveniently located only 16 minutes from the DFW airport. Twin Coves Park, Bridlewood Golf Club, Stone Creek Park, and CAC Water Park are all within a short drive. Dallas attractions such as the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History, Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas, Six Flags Over Texas, and AT&T Stadium are also easily accessible. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, at their own risk, and should not be left unattended. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. To comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed that measures decibels and sends alerts if noise levels are exceeded. Plenty of body towels are provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own pool towels. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps, and guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts.
