Pros - Clean and well maintained properly. Excellent maintenance team. Assistant Manager provides exceptional customer service. Very good location and scenic wooded property. Cons - Parking is very limited; if you want a guaranteed place to park each day, you will need to pay extra for a reserved spit. Internet is through Brightspeed and goes out frequently. High turnover in property Manager; 6 in the past 4.5 years. There is no working business center.

I've really enjoyed living at the Preserve! Although it's right off the highway (which is nice for commuting), it still feels secluded with the nearby forested area and Denton Katy trail. The residents are all very friendly and the staff are attentive!
