This is a walker's paradise, with easy access to cafes, nightlife, and local attractions. The free Metromover station is an 8-minute walk away, offering quick and easy connections throughout Downtown and Brickell. You have easy access to major highways, putting Miami Beach and the Miami International Airport within a 20-minute drive. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited and violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the guest. There is ongoing construction next to the building, which may result in occasional daytime noise. Always display your parking permit, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles, theft, or damage in the garage. The primary guest on the reservation must be 21+ and must be the first person to check in at the front desk.
