Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost key fobs. Outside guests are not permitted without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests agree to be bound by rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and may be asked to pay for a damage waiver or security deposit/hold. Guests may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building.
