This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. The full equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave. Entertainment is provided by a smart-tv with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided. Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building for approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, and fitness center access is also available. This apartment is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. Nearby attractions include Renaissance Tower, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Majestic Theater, Chop House Burger, and Sushiya. Uber/Lyft ridesharing is also a low cost option to get around. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
