The apartment comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a convertible sofa bed in the living room that conveniently folds down into a queen-size bed. Extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet. This apartment includes one free parking space in the building's secured garage (the MAC Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival. Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$30/day. Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. The garage has a vertical clearance of 6'6", which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans. In walking distance, you'll find the Third Ward neighborhood, Marcus/Pabst/Riverside Theaters, Milwaukee Public Market, Cathedral Square Park, the Riverwalk, Anodyne Coffee, and countless restaurants and bars. A short 5-minute drive will take you to Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Art Museum, Walker's Point neighborhood, and Summerfest. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed in addition to any remediation fees that may apply. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Ages 21+ to book. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses. Includes a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi.
