Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, community kitchen and lounge, community outdoor deck with grills, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace/dining table (when Murphy bed is not in use), a private balcony, and in-unit laundry. Reserved parking is not included. If street parking for 4+ nights is needed, a Night Parking Permit can be purchased for $1-20 depending on duration. Located 2 blocks from Brady St and a 5-minute drive to McKinley beach, Downtown Milwaukee, and St. Mary's hospital, this apartment is walkable to grocery stores, convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed with additional fees for remediation may apply. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property.
