This space was created with comfort and ease in mind and sleeps two with a comfy queen bed. It features in-house laundry, a fully equipped kitchen for baking or cooking, cozy corners to curl up with a book, and table space for meals. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Enjoy free early check-in. Accommodations will be made for self check-in anytime after 1pm, and all requests are subject to availability. For reserved parking, the Journal Commons Garage, 332 W State Lot, and Usinger Lot are recommended. Street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood: metered parking with a 2-hour time limit from 8am-4pm Mon-Sat, metered parking with no time limit from 4pm-9pm Mon-Sat, and free parking with no time limit on Sundays (use MKE Park app to remotely pay the meter). Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 1st to March 1st. Just around the corner are loads of quality restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and a park, with easily accessible public transportation. Fiserv Forum and Baird Center are only a block away, making this an ideal location. It's also walkable to Pabst Theater, Marcus Performing Arts Center, 3rd St. Market Hall, and countless restaurants and bars. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm. Includes fast Wi-Fi and a desk for working. Community rooftop clubroom and patio, game room, and co-work space are available. Amenities include a smart TV with Airplay and a fitness center.
