This meticulously cleaned home features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, a toaster, blender, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and an island with bar seating. The open-concept living area boasts plush seating and a large TV. Relax on the private balcony with ocean breezes or utilize the outdoor shower for post-beach convenience. The primary suite includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while a guest bedroom offers a queen bed. The bunk room is perfect for kids with full-over-full bunk beds and a trundle bed. Additional sleeping space is available on a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The hall bathroom features a tub. Please note, the fireplace is non-functioning and for decorative purposes only. Off-street parking is available for 2 vehicles, and free street parking is available in the neighborhood. Beach gear, including 10 beach tags, 10 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a wagon/cart, and an umbrella, is provided for your convenience. Linens, sheets, pillows, blankets, comforters, and a full set of bath towels are also provided. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags are included. Nestled in the heart of Ocean City, this home is just two blocks from the beach. Explore the diverse culinary scene and attractions along the Ocean City Boardwalk, a short walk or bike ride away. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and charming homes, offering seaside serenity with convenient access to local attractions like the Ocean City Music Pier and nearby amusement parks. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind – this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. There are no recording devices inside the home or apartment or any other private area.
