This condo also features a ground-level patio with seating and a gas fire pit, as well as a private outdoor shower for convenient post-beach day clean up. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in-unit, central heating, and air conditioning. Linens, towels, and essential amenities are included, with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and shower products like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Enjoy beach gear including 6 beach tags on a lanyard, 6 beach chairs, 1 cooler, a wagon/cart and an umbrella. Nestled in the northern end of Ocean City, this condo offers a prime location with easy access to everything you need for a memorable vacation. You're just a short walk (less than 2 blocks) from the beautiful beaches and the start of the boardwalk, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. Explore the local culinary scene with a variety of restaurants nearby, from casual eateries to upscale dining experiences. You'll also find convenient shops and stores nearby for all your shopping needs, including groceries, souvenirs, and beach essentials. The neighborhood itself is friendly and well-maintained, offering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for families and friends. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and the community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and all debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet.
