The living room offers a queen sofa bed. Fresh bedding and towels are provided, along with high-quality bath essentials. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, beverage fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher. An in-home washer and dryer, as well as central AC and heating, ensure a comfortable stay. Pets are allowed, and guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Size, weight, and breed restrictions may apply. The neighborhood offers a charming and convenient setting for your stay. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, and no events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and any evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. All guests are required to upload a valid photo ID and verify with a selfie to the management company's secure, data-encrypted portal before check-in. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host or property management company will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway, rear entrance, and deck or patio or driveway area, recording audio and video footage 24/7. There are no recording devices inside the apartment or any other private area. The apartment is perfect for remote work with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for video calls and online meetings. A laptop computer is not included.
