This home features a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, an island with bar seating, and ample counter space. The open-concept living area includes plush seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in-unit, central heating and air conditioning, and a spacious dining area for enjoying meals together. Linens, towels, shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and essential amenities are included. Ample off-street parking is available for 2 vehicles, plus ample free street parking in the neighborhood. The neighborhood offers a charming and convenient setting for your stay. Just a short walk or bike ride away, the pristine Ocean City beach is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and various water sports. The nearby boardwalk is a hub of activity with amusement parks, eateries, shops, and entertainment options, offering fun for all ages. The neighborhood is well-connected by local public transportation, making it easy to explore the wider area. Ocean City is very bike-friendly with numerous bike rental shops and bike lanes, allowing for easy and enjoyable exploration of the island. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For listings marked “no pets,” this is strictly enforced.
