This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 1,000 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access, and one complimentary parking per reservation.
Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available, for additional fees. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.

Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
