Feel at home in this spacious retreat featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house, plus a detached guest suite with an additional 1 bedroom and 1 full bath for extra privacy. This home offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with ample seating and a smart TV, and a dining area. The detached guest suite includes a private studio, a queen bed, a sofa, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Enjoy the front porch with a picnic table, a back patio with an outdoor dining set, a cozy lounge area with a propane fire pit, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. Beach gear includes 10 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a wagon/cart, an umbrella, and 10 beach tags on a lanyard. Linens, towels, and essential amenities are included, with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units or mini splits in every space, and also includes a washer and dryer. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle, plus ample free street parking in the neighborhood. Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly part of Ocean City, this home offers a mix of peace and convenience. It's a short stroll to the beach and boardwalk, with nearby local shops, cafes, and ice cream spots. Surrounded by family-friendly restaurants, seafood shacks, and breakfast spots, it also offers easy access to mini golf, arcades, amusement rides, kayak and bike rentals, fishing piers, and boat charters. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and beach shops are all within a quick drive or bike ride. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community. Any disturbance that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply.
