Ocean City is known for being bike-friendly with designated bike hours on the boardwalk and bike lanes throughout town. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and beach shops are all within a quick drive or bike ride. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
