The property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. All bedding, as well as a full set of bath towels, are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with central heating and air. Eight beach tags are conveniently collected on a lanyard for grab-and-go convenience, and eight beach chairs are included. Situated in Ocean City's sought-after North End/Gardens area, this quiet residential neighborhood offers the perfect balance of beach-town charm and vacation convenience. Just a short walk away are Ocean City's award-winning beaches and the iconic boardwalk. A few blocks inland, Asbury Avenue serves as the town’s bustling downtown district, lined with boutique shops, coffee spots, bakeries, and restaurants. Guests will appreciate the walkability, bike-friendly streets, and ease of access to nearby parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, and the bay. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. There are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio and video footage 24/7.
