The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, all cookware and dishes, a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, an island with bar seating, and ample counter space. Enjoy meals together in the spacious dining area. Three private balconies offer a place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. This home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Garage parking is available for 2 vehicles, along with ample free street parking in the neighborhood. An in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Beach gear includes 10 beach tags collected on a lanyard, 10 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a wagon/cart, and an umbrella (beach towels are not provided). Welcome to the Pennlyn Place Neighborhood in Ocean City, NJ! This desirable location offers a peaceful beachside retreat while keeping you close to all the action. You're just a short walk to the soft sands and lifeguard-protected beaches, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or surfing. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, featuring amusements, shopping, and dining, is nearby. Explore charming local restaurants and cafés on Asbury Avenue. Pennlyn Place is a quiet, residential street, ideal for biking, jogging, or morning boardwalk strolls. The neighborhood is also close to family-friendly fun like Gillian’s Wonderland Pier and Playland’s Castaway Cove, as well as boutique shops and markets. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind – this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply. The primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.
