This home offers a spacious open-concept living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, an island with bar seating, and ample counter space. It also features in-unit laundry, three private balconies to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze, and comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets and comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with central heating and air. Off-street garage parking is available for 2 vehicles, and ample free street parking is available in the neighborhood. Located in the desirable Pennlyn Place Neighborhood in Ocean City, NJ, this townhouse offers a peaceful beachside retreat while keeping you close to all the action. It's just a short walk to the soft sands and lifeguard-protected beaches and near the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, featuring amusements, shopping, and dining. Enjoy iconic boardwalk treats and explore Asbury Avenue’s charming local restaurants and cafés. Pennlyn Place is a quiet, residential street, making it ideal for biking, jogging, or morning boardwalk strolls. The neighborhood is near Gillian’s Wonderland Pier, Playland’s Castaway Cove, and mini-golf courses. Asbury Avenue’s boutique shops and markets are minutes away, and grocery stores and essentials are within easy reach. Drive or take a short ride to Corson’s Inlet State Park, Atlantic City, or Cape May for a fun day trip. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced.
