Located in the desirable Pennlyn Place neighborhood of Ocean City, this townhouse offers a peaceful beachside retreat close to all the action. You're just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and near iconic treats like Kohr Bros. frozen custard and Manco & Manco Pizza. Explore Asbury Avenue’s charming local restaurants and cafés, and enjoy the bike-friendly and walkable streets. The neighborhood is also near Gillian’s Wonderland Pier, Playland’s Castaway Cove, and mini-golf courses. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
