This apartment is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units in every space. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle, plus ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood. Ventnor City is known for its relaxed atmosphere and prime location near Atlantic City. The neighborhood around Ventnor Heights offers a perfect blend of convenience and charm. You'll find yourself just a short walk or bike ride from Ventnor's beautiful beach and boardwalk. The area is home to a variety of local restaurants, cafés, and shops. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby parks, playgrounds, and bike paths, while those seeking adventure can take a quick drive to Atlantic City. The Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 15-minute drive away. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet.
