Enjoy the convenience of off-street parking for one vehicle, along with ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood. Beach essentials including 6 beach chairs are provided. Linens and a full set of bath towels are also included. Located just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, this apartment is ideally situated for enjoying Ventnor City's relaxed atmosphere. The neighborhood offers a variety of local restaurants, cafes, and shops, with Atlantic City's casinos and entertainment a short drive away. Nearby parks, playgrounds, and bike paths cater to outdoor enthusiasts. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. The primary guest must be 25+ years old. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area, and may record audio & video footage 24/7. Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. Guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. Checkout expectations include placing trash in designated bins outside, loading used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidying up.
