Building recently under new ownership and I’m pleased with the upgrades they are making, particularly the more modernized safety features such as key fob entry. Parking on site, great location with easy access to Ocean Casino and Tony Baloney’s (one of my favorite pizza spots).

I recently moved in and couldn't be happier. The location, view, and new renovations are beautiful. My new kitchen is a dream!! New ownership has really turned these apartments around including pleasant and responsive staff. Having security around the clock has brought me such a peace of mind :)
