This home features spacious bedrooms with a king-size bed, a bunk bed, and a convertible futon, along with one bathroom. The full kitchen is stocked with essentials and includes a table that seats eight and counter seating for four. Enjoy the Jacuzzi tub, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, sunroom, bright open-plan living area, kid-friendly space, outdoor fire pit, shared patio, and BBQ grill. Nestled along the picturesque waterfront of Little Bay Avenue in Norfolk, VA, this charming neighborhood offers a delightful blend of coastal serenity and urban convenience. The home is a 3-minute walk to a quiet beach with calm waters, perfect for families, and a 10-minute walk to a variety of restaurants offering local flavors and to Norfolk Naval Base. It's also a 15-minute drive to Norfolk Premium Outlets for shopping and a 20-minute drive to Virginia Beach for a larger coastal experience. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late checkout fee. Includes a dedicated home office with a desk, monitor, and Wi-Fi; bring your own keyboard and mouse to stay productive. In the unlikely event the hot tub is not functioning during your trip, we will do everything in our power to rectify the issue. Additionally, you will be reimbursed $20 for each night of your stay that the amenity is not operational unless your party is responsible for causing the issue.
