It's located minutes from a quiet beach and a family-friendly park with calm waters, swings, and benches. This home features a large and spacious kitchen, stocked with all the essentials, including a table that seats 8 and counter seating for 4. The master bedroom features a king-size, memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin-size mattress and a futon that can be converted into a full-size bed. The downstairs bedroom has an older model TV that’s perfect for gaming or connecting your own devices. The upstairs area has an open floor plan that gives the space a bright, airy, and cozy feel, perfect for relaxing or spending time together. The bathroom area has a small step up and down, so guests are asked to take a little extra care when moving around. The bathroom area is enclosed with curtains for privacy but it’s important to note it is not fully separated by walls from the rest of the space. It’s clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Other amenities include a barbecue grill, smart TV, Wi-Fi, sunroom, and jacuzzi tub.
