The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The apartment also features a sofa bed, chair, and a 4K 55" HDR smart TV in the living room. Each bathroom features a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in our units that measure the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
