The fully-equipped kitchen includes new appliances, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary cookware, utensils, and basic cooking supplies. A cozy dining area with seating for 2 is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a full-sized shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, an in-unit washer/dryer with detergent is provided. Enjoy complimentary garage parking for one vehicle, with visitor parking also available for extra vehicles. No shoes are to be worn inside the home. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. There is a $150.00 fine for evidence of pets inside the property. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; a $500.00 surcharge will be charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy indoors, with a $500 fine for violations.
