There is a $200 charge per person per day for any additional guests other than the ones staying. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Loss of key will be a $100 replacement. Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be asked to leave the premises and possibly fined up to $500. There is a $500 fine for smoking, vaping, or drug use. If you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund. If you are still on the property after check-out time, there is a $150 charge to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate.
