This is a non-smoking property, and smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate with the building leasing office or staff for any reason; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates.
