It includes a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for your convenience. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer inside the apartment and a flat-screen TV. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and run for $300 per month, to be paid directly to the host at check-in. The neighborhood offers a variety of retail stores such as H&M, Mac, Gap, and Banana Republic. Dining options include Sylvia’s, Red Rooster, Jacobs, and Chez Lucienne. Entertainment venues like the Apollo Theater, Harlem Jazz Museum, Cotton Club, and Lenox Lounge are nearby. The apartment is also just 3 blocks away from a major shopping center, including Target, Old Navy, Marshalls, and Burlington. It is a 14-minute walk from the 4, 5, and 6 subway lines and a 3-minute walk from bus lines M15, M101, M102, and M103, allowing for easy access to all the city has to offer. No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed on the premises.
