A pet cleaning fee applies, with short stays costing $25 per pet per night, 8–28 nights costing a flat $200 fee per pet, and 29+ nights costing a flat $300 fee per pet. Early check-in at 2PM costs $25, or at 12PM costs $50, subject to approval. Late check-out at 12PM costs $25, subject to approval. A $25 replacement fee will be charged for any unreturned or missing parking pass. The garage has a 8'2" clearance. Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
