Welcome to the Sparkling Beach Cottage, a cozy 440 sq ft studio perfect for a couple's getaway or up to four guests. Feel at home just minutes from a quiet beach and a family-friendly park with calm waters, swings, and benches. This bright, well-appointed guesthouse studio above the garage features an open living area, a full bathroom, a compact but fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee station, microwave, mini-fridge, and cookware, a smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Thoughtful extras include fresh linens, basic beach gear, and a small dining nook. Outside, enjoy a private deck with seating, a grill, and a hot tub. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway. The cottage is located near a quiet beach and a family-friendly park. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and we kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. No parties or events are allowed.
