Welcome to this cozy 440 sq ft studio cottage, perfect for a couple’s getaway or up to four guests. Feel at home just minutes from a quiet beach and a family-friendly park with calm waters, swings, and benches. This bright, well-appointed guesthouse studio above the garage features an open living area, a full bathroom, a compact but fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee station, microwave, mini-fridge, and cookware, a smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Thoughtful extras include fresh linens, basic beach gear, and a small dining nook. Outside, enjoy a private deck with seating, a grill, and a hot tub. The cottage is located at the rear of the property, which contains two fully independent units in separate structures. Each unit has its own entrance and private outdoor space. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway. Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and guests are asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total without notification, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, and the guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee. Shipping is only available domestically.
