The apartment is within a short stroll to the sand and surf, ideal for morning coffee by the waves or an evening balcony wind-down. The East Ocean View neighborhood is quieter than the tourist-packed boardwalks, so you’ll enjoy a sense of calm without sacrificing accessibility. Local cafes, casual seafood spots, and waterfront parks are just a few minutes away by car or bike. Downtown Norfolk, Ocean View Pier, and local breweries are within 10–15 minutes. Ride-sharing services are readily available, and Interstate 64 is close for easy access to Virginia Beach, Hampton, and beyond. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia, bodily fluid or waste, glitter or confetti, smoking, unauthorized pets, broken glass or food in the hot tub, and dishes. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late check-out fee. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Smoking, parties, or events are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool. Parking is limited to four vehicles.
