Welcome to your relaxing Norfolk coastal stay, a comfortable spot near the beach where you can feel at home. This 2-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four guests. This apartment features a kitchen with appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and toaster. A Keurig coffee machine and hot water kettle are available, and wine glasses are also on hand. The bathroom includes hot water and a hair dryer. For your convenience, bed linens, hangers, an iron, cleaning products, and a washer are provided. Enjoy access to a private patio or balcony and nearby beach access. Free parking is available in the garage on premises. This apartment is pet-friendly, and long-term stays are allowed. Located in Norfolk’s East Ocean View area, this apartment offers a quieter alternative to busier coastal spots while still keeping you close to local cafes, seafood restaurants, and waterfront parks. Just steps from the Chesapeake Bay, you can enjoy peaceful walks along the shore. Downtown Norfolk, Ocean View Pier, and local breweries are within 10–15 minutes. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and Interstate 64 is close for easy access to Virginia Beach, Hampton, and beyond. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), broken glass/food in hot tub ($250), and unwashed dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Includes a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi. The property is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
